TRANSFERS OF VALUE
The Transfers of Value (ToV) made by AIFD member pharmaceutical companies to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs) during the 2021 calendar year have been submitted to the TITCK system until June 30, 2022 in accordance with EFPIA and AIFD decisions and the TITCK Regulation and related Guidelines. Likewise, transfers of value made in 2022 will be submitted to TITCK according to the template determined by TITCK until the end of June 2023. As difficulties and restrictions in data transfers are expected also this year due to the KVKK, the issue will be discussed with the TITCK Rational Use of Drugs Dept. again this year; efforts continue to find a workable solution between the KVKK Board and TITCK.
