1. Core Group for Clinical Trials Action Plan

  • An update about the priority action plans defined in the “Clinical Trials Action Plans Core Group” was shared
    • Creating a patient database
    • Designing a Patient Referral System
    • Clinical Trials Awareness Campaign
  • Clinical Trials Awareness campaign with TITCK
    • It was shared that TITCK contacted AIFD regarding the preparations they made about the clinical trials awareness campaign,
    • TITCK sought for AIFD’s assistance in enriching the content of the Clinical Trials Portal (making it more user-friendly, bringing more awareness to the portal),
    • Accordinly, Clinical Trials TF will be working together with Patient TF management team to prepare a list of Patient Associations to include in this work
    • The list to be prepared by the Patient TF management team will be shared with G.Ö from TITCK for approval
    • AIFD will contribute to the preparation of digital content and design

2. Clinical Trials Investment Survey and Approval Survey Results

  • Information regarding the results of the surveys was shared and group members shared their evaluations
  • Once group members review the surveys in detail, group members will share their proposals (if any)
  • Frequently asked questions (FAQ) document of TITCK will be shared along with the document’s previous version with group members for comparison
