IFPMA AND EFPIA RELATIONS ON ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE
In line with the EFPIA approach, AIFD has modified the structure of its Code of Conduct adjudication body, Code of Practice Panel ( CPP) and the chairperson of the Committee is no longer the Secretary General of the Board but a third-party person to be elected by the Board.
AIFD Code is fully compliant with EFPIA and IFPMA Codes.
